Guerra cognitiva y operaciones cibernéticas de influencia

El objetivo de este artículo es presentar el concepto de guerra cognitiva y demostrar cómo la explotación instrumental de las vulnerabilidades cerebrales, como los sesgos cognitivos en las operaciones cibernéticas de influencia es fundamental para dicho término. En diciembre de 2020, la OTAN publicó un informe sobre la guerra cognitiva, sugiriendo la adición de un sexto dominio operacional, el dominio cognitivo, a los ya establecidos domínios: terrestre, marítimo, aéreo, espacial y cibernético. La creciente atención de los estrategas y tomadores de decisiones al caos informativo y a la degradación del entorno social e institucional ha incrementado la demanda de comprensión sobre la guerra cognitiva. Por lo tanto, es necesario que Brasil también discuta el concepto, de manera crítica y autónoma.
